While waiting to walk to the stadium in Zand square, one lad walked into the group by the fountain with his dick out and just pissing. I dunno if he actually 'hit' people but i'm not sure how he could have missed as he was walking through/between groups while doing it. Saw that, it was rank. He just stood there in it as well. Can never ever understand what would possess a grown adult to do something like this. Not exactly what I'd call civilised behaviour no matter how shitfaced the c*** is. Scoreboard82 Posted November 10, 2012 Share Posted November 10, 2012 Fantastic trip. Knackered today like, after getting off the train from London at 02:15 this morning. Went canny on the drink yesterday to make sure i got on the eurostar back ok. Then went for it once i got through security. Massive walk to the ground which angered previously calm fans. It was obvious they'd taken us the long way. Wasn't as expensive as i expected thankfully. Beautiful place. Just before we left our hotel i put the TV on. There was a report on the toon fans on the Belgian news. The bloke in the yellow jacket was on, along with one or two other familiar faces. Very thorough in parts(!) This bit made me chuckle Nowadays, the thing about travelling away amongst the Toon Army is almost everyone gets totally pissed, well maybe not all and sundry, but at least a good 95% do. This occasion was worse than ever, by the early evening there were people staggering around Brugge like extras from the TV series The Walking Dead. This was because of the high quality Belgium beer which is high in alcohol content, a subject which I discussed with the barman at our hotel, who described beers at 4 and 5% as “children’s drinks” Also, has anyone ever been anywhere which hasn't been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO ffs? Guest Mantis Posted November 10, 2012 Share Posted November 10, 2012 Excellent trip and some brilliant banter on the ferries and trains. DFDS must have taken some money over the last few days. Enjoyed Belgium and the locals we met, even had a good laugh with some Ajax fans on their way back home on Wednesdays ferry. Got to say sitting in the Brugge end at the game was a strange experience. Didn't see any bother but one guy was turned away at the ferry terminal on the way back because he'd worked himself on the way out. Three others were met by the Police at Shields when we returned.
