Great. A rapist.

That hardly makes him different from 85% of young footballers, thick as pig sh**, overflowing with arrogance, contempt for supporters, thinking they should be worshipped whether they're delivering or not....and believing that women are falling over themselves for them (and they are, but a anything-but-small percentage of them are there so they can ACCUSE them of rape. Lots of money to be made from press)

My niece served at the Copthorne for a few months, and she said the footballers were the rudest most unpleasant bunch of bast*rds she has ever known. Arrogance was off the scale,

Most footballers are thick and arrogant/ some women are goldiggers makes this ok? He seems a great player like but leaves a bitter taste in the mouth when you see this sort of thing at your club. Ability aside whos to say his morals are any different the likes of Nile Ranges? Granted we know that lad is a mouth breather but we know nothing of this lad. Innocent until proven guilty, fine, though it leaves me uneasy. 25 goals a season and his penance will be done however .

Hang on. We pay QPR a loan fee, pay his wages, then he goes back to QPR ?

He's not going to want to qpr if he has a good season with us, qpr could very well still be a championship team this time next year also

Because Bent is less likely to go to jail for rape?

We've gotten around that with the loan. A footballing reason, perhaps?

Be a daft reason to rather have Bent than Remy though. If we have Gomis and Cisse, we certainly wouldn't need Bent. Remy is the one who a bit different from the other three.

I actually would prefer Remy, but saying a loan get' around that just isn't true.  If we loan him and he get's done for rape then we are still down a striker, it'll just save us a bit of money.

But we won't be stuck with Darren Bent and we can go and get someone else in January.

I thought this but someone mentioned even if he is charged the court case would still take a year or whatever to come around so we would probably get the season out of him anyway.

Maybe i'm wrong but i'm not sure we'll play a man who is charged with rape.  I fully back innocent until proven guilty but I just don't see it happening.
