That's about it. The Bellamy comparisons are better. That run for the second goal, great intelligence, composure, shot on his weaker foot. TRon Posted February 2, 2013 Share Posted February 2, 2013 He was fantastic on the break. He has less natural talent than Obertan but he uses his skill much more effectively. Plus he really puts in the work rate. He seemed to be everywhere today, back defending, breaking forward and used the ball very intelligently when he had it. Gabby's got one or two useful traits when we're at bare bones, but Gouffran is way ahead. They share one or two attributes; in that they've both got pace and a touch of flair; but each use those similar traits differently. The workrate is worlds apart, as is the general intelligence.
