Flip
So did Alan Smith. Don't even get me started on Shola. Right.
Ronaldo
He's just not a creator.
Tiresias
He's a grafter up front who adds movement, he's not creative no but he's fast and something we've missed in the team when Jonas was supposed to be doing it and being shit.
Disco
He's a player in a new league, criticism is almost as ridiculous as the basing him on early decent performances he turned in."
Fenham Mag
Had a volley screaming into the top corner but it had Cabaye and had his head cleared off the line by a players hand. Had a decent game today.
Gallowgate Toon
His movement's top notch, needs to be fed more. Thought he played well today mind.
Guest neesy111
He really isn't very good tbf. Would be nice if the manager put him in a decent position instead of forcing him into 3 different positions 1st half.
LRD
Why alan always sub you Yoan? Hasn't got up to speed in the PL I suppose. Cabaye kept being substituted in his first season too.
toontownman
Due a goal against the Mackems.

Tooj
One of those players that is putting a very good shift in for the team and you need players like this. He might not covet a lot of glory but he's been very important for us since signing.
Ted Maul
Was understandably not too enamoured with going off, thought he did another very solid job today, an opposition player had to cheat to stop him from scoring today.
durhamunigeordie
Thought he was lively today. Much rather he stayed on than the predictable long ball to Shola.
Guest firetotheworks
He looks like he's had all of his direct play trained out of him. I still like him.
Ronaldo
He looks like he's had all of his direct play trained out of him. I still like him. From his very first game at Villa Park he looked reluctant to take players on.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
he's a wide forward, aye? Cannat help but think at times we're trying to use him as an out-and-out winger...

For such a quick lad and playing out wide you seldom see him running at full backs.
Magpie
Few blokes who sit behind me at the match hate this bloke like, constantly going on saying he's shite and was just a panic buy. Quite staggering to be honest. They were overjoyed when he was taken off yesterday. Update - apparently he's no better than Obertan!!! Seriously, fucktards. Actually got into an argument with a few blokes behind them who pulled them up on it and their comeback was 'well you slag Shola off!!!' I shit you not. Flip
I can't believe some of the posts on here. Slagging Gouffran out? As for not taking players on Ronaldo, I agree, but he's never been that type of player apparently either and I think he does quite well when he gets to cross the ball as it usually falls somewhere in front of goal and not in the crowd like Jonas and Santons left footed crosses. Ronaldo
I think he's a good player who's made a good impact overall so far. Just at times a bit of a square peg in a round hole in that system.

Definitely agree, like I said, come august I hope he's on the bench as I see him and Marveaux as the perfect substitutes for Benny and a new winger. Parky
He's got a bit of pace, a good dribble and works hard. He's in the mould of a support striker with the ability to come deep. Good player and as time passes he'll get some goals as well.
