AyeDubbleYoo
I'd really like to see MYM start, don't see the point in holding him back.
Wilson
Same, but going off the comments in Bimpys post it'll probably be the same line up as villa
Ryan_Taylor
French international center half
Dan Gleebals
My only frustration with the same team is Jonas, really not sure why he is persisting with him. Maybe Marv was going to start in his place, seems the most logical. Hoping so. Gutted I cannot watch this as busy.
Nobody
For fucks sake Pardew, against this Chelsea team you need pace in your defence. I could see the point in starting Taylor against Benteke, but against Ba/Torres he would be bloody useless. MYM has to start.
Wilson
MYM will get his chance....in midfield.....for 20 mins....when we're 3 nil down
themanupstairs
Ba will obviously start. The one advantage Taylor has over MYM is in that he's sure to have come up against Ba in training and will know what to expect.
Guest neesy111
Pardew added: “Marveaux was unfortunate to get injured just before the game because he would have started the game. “However, the team did so well it means I have a decision to make. “The team will be pretty much as it was. “We have to build on Villa now, that one is done.” Same line up. Alan pls.

Skeletor
I knew that winning would give him that excuse not to put Marveaux back in.
themanupstairs
I knew that winning would give him that excuse not to put Marveaux back in. For all we know, he could just be trying to conceal his starting line up. I'm no fan of Pardew by any stretch, but I bet he doesn't Marveaux man! Mole_Toonfan
I'm not bothered about Marveaux well i am but its far from the biggest issue if he goes unchanged, but we will see. Pardew tends to say a lot of crap.
TaylorJ_01
At least Chelsea know how to line up against us.

TaylorJ_01
FFS Taylor will get brutalised. Need to have MYM as he's a much quicker player. "Pretty much" could mean a couple changes though, so all hope is not lost.
AyeDubbleYoo
That comment doesn't really mean much at all. That said, I wouldn't be surprised to see Taylor start.
Disco
Oh no, all the players I don't like will start and be rubbish and the ones I don't won't play and would have been mint if they had. Going to get 400-nil now. Think I'll not bother going and just fill a bathtub full of tears instead.

I can't watch this as I fear the worst and am hiding..... As for Jonas - nobody seems to recall the important block he made against Villa - he's always up for it, Jonas. 100%er. Team man. Team man. 1 block versus giving the ball away with virtually every forward pass, no offensive threat whatsoever despite being part of a front 3. Poor control, awareness and giving what was the worst performance i can remember since his last game. Don't get me wrong, i love him but to have him in the first eleven is absolutely mental. Should give him the Ballon D'or for that block tbh. What a player!

Ikon
If that block is the reason for Jonas starting we might as well put a cone there.
