Think it is one of reasons we do so crap at International level personally. Would love to see more lads go abroad and get different experiences. As for JFH think this is a bad move for him imo. Sherwood at Spurs? At least Sherwood had experience in the league and had played & worked for the team in question. Gary Neville has no ties whatsoever to Valencia, and never played in Spain.
