Still Not Worthy Of A Thread

It's a ridiculous format, though. A bloody group stage before it beomes a consolation prize for  CL dropouts. Ridiculous. Knockout from the start as it used to be.

Just skip the CL rejects and it's fine. Oh, and change the dates so it's played Tuesdays/Wednesdays the weeks Champions League isn't on, as it now just feels like the hang over from the CL games.

After tying up contract extensions yesterday, our board has quit today as a prerequisite for the election to take place. The exact date will probably be announced this evening.

Sadly, after the season we've had, the useless fuckers will be re-elected.

Calling a board useless after winning the treble. GTFO.

Our last two presidents (elected as part of the current board) have been indicted for tax fraud, for which the club is liable to pay €30m. Then there's also the transfer ban, which occurred under their stewardship. Also sponsored by f***ing Qatar. It's not all about trophies, under their stewardship the club's name has been dragged through the mud.

Karl Oyston gets a 6 week ban from all football activity. Business as usual for Blackpool then

Starts 1 July til 14 August. Maybe even start with a smaller squad than last year at this rate

It's probably worth a bet on them getting relegated again.

Wright is a hysterical pain in the arse. He knows nothing beyond Arsenal.

Interesting survey and article on the BBC which showed them asking the question about moving Scottish football to the summer. The article pretty much sums up how beneficial it would be to the teams and a majority of the teams said they'd consider it, I just cant see it ever getting enough backing from supporters for it to happen.
