Don't see it personally, while theyve had a poor start to the season, he's more then earnt a wobble.

Unless the owner is casting sideways glances at Poch who probably fancies a return to the EPL.

Aye.  With the squad they have now Poch might be interested.  If they could get him, that would be a good move.

Moyes has earned his wobble. But if they can get Poch… it’s a good excuse to upgrade.

He'd get a pay rise but you'd think he'd be mad to go to Leicester right now and leave Brentford

"X manager doing well at a small club would be mad to go to bigger struggling club" cliche. Franks whole philosophy is based on low budgets and smart recruitment. He'd be perfect for where Leicester are now.

Why not just stay at Brentford? Leicester are a mess

Lampard is the best out of the new PFM crowd. Sort of helps that he failed as Chelsea as that link won’t constantly hang over him.

He’s signed well and has calmed some of the turbulence there. They look competent, although lack of firepower will be their big issue.

He’s probably not going to be an elite manager but he’s miles ahead of Gerrard, Bruce and co.

I don’t think Lampard is massively better than Gerrard, he’s just bought a load of great dressing room characters and leaders that have made his job easier. I think it’s a really underrated aspect of making new signings and a principle we’ve been putting a lot of work into as well.

Is it not all just recency bias with Everton not being terrible and Villa looking one dimensional? It wasn't that long ago that the same was said about Gerrard being miles ahead of Lampard when Villa were looking decent and Everton were a shower of shit.

Gerrard is bang average and has proved very little as a manager to warrant any praise. Lampard has sorted Everton, to an extent, however I don't think he'll get them back to being regular top half finishers.

In reality one of them is a 6/10 and the other a 5.5/10.
