Hopefully a win against Spurs to paper over the cracks, before another humiliation to City.

That game has the potential to be horrific, two teams scared to cross the half way line just staring at each other.

Weird how Ernesto Valverde has never gone back coaching considering in hindsight he did a pretty good job at Barca

Been 22 months- not THAT long. I’m sure he hasn’t permanently retired.

Barca are really lucky their next group of amazing young players came through when it did. Would be fucked apart from that. With the squad they have they should be much better

Got some good younger players, but REALLY need to sell/move on a lot of the older higher earners. Don’t know how likely or possibly that will be, but it’ll be key to any semblance of returning onto a good path.

I was reading that Barca can’t afford to pay any new manager more than what Koeman was on (around 3.75m a year), they literally don’t have the money.

So any of the names us or Man Utd are being linked with are a no go for them unless they want to take a pay cut to go there during what will ultimately be a shit run.

If Spain do pfm types, that’s what they’ll be in for.

"According to RAC1, former Barca captain Xavi is one of three candidates in the frame to replace Koeman.

River Plate manager Marcelo Gallardo is also on Barca’s shortlist, while the club are also considering Barca B’s head coach Sergi Barjuan as an interim appointment."
