I think he'll enjoy a honeymoon period of sorts before the inevitable kicks in and he starts blaming previous managers and press for poor results. They’ll soon realise his many, many faults My absolute favourite posts I saw on that thread were one poster saying “Since he left Birmingham, they’ve never recovered” another one chirped in with “Yep, same with Sunderland” and they never realised there’s a common denominator, Bruce. They were actually trying to use it as a positive, that they’ve struggled after losing him because he was so good for them Birmingham, Sunderland, Hull, Wigan - all clubs managed by Bruce and failed to recover since.
