Leemond
Remember the whole "Ole at the wheel" shit? They went so over the top with him. When Rio was slamming bits of paper down on live TV, telling the board to "give him what he wants", despite 0 trophies.

Opposition fans have a negative opinion of Ole and I never really got it other than the fact they don't like him. In his first full season at us he finished 3rd and got to the semi final of every cup. In his second season he finished 2nd and lost on penalties in the Europa League final (albeit after being knocked out of the CL). We'd be creaming ourselves with those standards now. Always respected him as a player and wasn’t as ridiculous as ETH or annoying when manager of yous.

Heard some clips of him this morning and he does sound very much like someone Jake Humphrey wants on the his High Performance show. All sounded very LinkedIn, full of buzz words, management speak and just cringe as fuck. All that said. The comments around what he had done from pundits, journos and players that he had coached all sounded really promising. I hope it fails, either way. Because it's Chelsea and the whole Blueco thing and multi-club setups in general are a disgrace. I can't stand Humphreys or Steven Bartlett. I know firsthand as I have met Steven before he bacame properly famous, at his office in Manchester, he's the worst kind of bloke, fake to the very soul and very up himself. I can’t say I’m shocked Humphrey used to come across as a nice enough bloke on BT Sports. But he really is Mr LinkedIn. Always dropping Accidental Partridges and all. Sir Joel Inton
Watching all the Online-only Man Utd plastic fans twist themselves in knots convincing themselves Ole returning to the club is anything other than a complete embarrassment is fascinating Some bloke they sacked because he was a completely shite laughing stock is suddenly a hero again. Plenty of fans were reminiscing about the Ole days long before it became a possibility that he could return. Not a single Man United believed Ole was a laughing stock. That all came from opposition fans. Which is quite funny really when he finished second and third with a goal difference of about +80 during his tenure. A safe pair of hands and a club legend to boot. Oles at the wheel. Just annoyed this opinion isn't valid because I don't know how to get to Old Trafford.
