Dokko
If he can get 15 league goals next season he has every chance of making it in the premier league. At the very least he's going to be a good championship player so in today's market should fetch us a good price.
The College Dropout
All reports say he was better than Murphy for Coventry despite being 2 years younger. IMO he has those 2-3 years to make the mark. I think he can do it. I hope anyway.
SuperFlat
Is that right? I'm sure a lot of the feedback from their fans was that it was Murphy they were more impressed with/bothered about losing.

afar
Scored today. Good for him to get off the mark so early in his loan, I understand the need for him and Toney to get experience but my god right now the senior side is woefully short up top, if we are not to address that then we could have used one or both of them here. GeordieDazzler
Just had a random flashback to when Carver brought him on Vs Burnley and had Mike Williamson punt 40 yard balls to him
xLiaaamx
Just had a random flashback to when Carver brought him on Vs Burnley and had Mike Williamson punt 40 yard balls to him Brought Riviere off after 55 minutes when he was actually playing well and causing problems. Jak Alnwick also had yet another nightmare.
Guest
How we didn't go down with those names in the eleven man. Alnwick, Williamson, Riviere and a 17-18 year old Armstrong.

U2
Bolton is a terrible place for him to be. They're a garbage squad squad playing above their level for a mediocre manager. No doubt that the team's deficiencies will be deflected onto the small young kid. Really poor management from us to send him to that dump.
joeyt
Aye I was thinking that too. Loaning him out to a team who will be fighting it out at the bottom won't do him much good I can't imagine with them losing nearly every week Wouldn't start for a higher end Championship club though I guess

Loaning him out to a team who will be fighting it out at the bottom won't do him much good I can't imagine with them losing nearly every week Wouldn't start for a higher end Championship club though I guess The key. He's not going to start for a better club, and going down to the top of League One will result in calls for him to be playing at a higher level. He's not good enough even for Bolton, we need to face reality and let go of any notion that he will somehow make it here... it isn't going to happen, ever! Everytime I've seen the Bolton team lately he's been in the team, and playing on the wing, Bolton have also been on the rise these last few weeks, I'd hardly say hes not good enough for Bolton. The chances are he wont make it here, but there is a decent Championship striker in there. Also Harry Kane was hardly setting the world on fire when he was Armstrongs age, people mature at different ages.

Infinitely Content
Good luck Arma. The pessimist in me, however, says League One is as good as a level as he will get unfortunately. A good club is Blackburn though, always loved away days there.
timeEd32
What could we reasonably get for him as a fee? Seems like we should try to cash in the next time he scores a couple goals.
