He's actually not very good. He is decent enough with the right people next to / around him. His game is as a play-breaker not a play maker. Personally speaking I always see him out of position and often not offering much protection. Plays with his heart and nor with his head For me Tiote is good with someone like Cabaye next to him and as a pair they were probably as good as most pairings in the league.
