He needs crosses. He scores all his goals from crosses. We don't give him any crosses.

He missed 2 gilt edge opportunities from crosses on Saturday.

Not being funny like, but if he played for West Brom today he would of had a hattirck.

He would not be criticised as much with better service as he would have less pressure to convert the 2/3 p*ss pot poor crosses we deliver a game.

Hate this type of comment like

So you disagree that Mitro wouldn't have score from the endless crosses and corners West Brom delivered? If we completed half as much per game we wouldn't be in the bottom 3.

Fact of the matter is we created about 2 chances a game and have to be 100% clinical every time, which can not be expected of a 22 and 21 year old strike force.

Well I think that it is impossible to say whether Mitrovic would have scored from them given has he even scored from a header for us? And he also missed a really easy one in the last game. Wijnaldum has looked way more threatening from the air than him

As much as I love him he does need to start scoring, he has had limited chances but has missed guilt edge ones. Look how many Lukaku had against us and fluffed them, youd imagine he would look a lot more capable in a team which can deliver a decent ball in thenbox or play a striker through on goal.

Diving header Vs City.

He's hit the bar and post on a couple of occasions from ludicrous distances with headers aswell.

It's got nowt to do with him looking threatening, the fact is, he hardly gets the opportunity to show it because he gets 3 crosses a game into the box which he can attack. Of course he's going to miss some. Yet it wouldn't matter if we created more, because statistically speaking he would score eventually with more service per game.

If we were still losing and Mitro was wasting 10 chances a game, then yes I would be worried, but he's living on scraps and the misses are amplified by the fact the whole team is shite and we desperately need points, so it sticks in peoples minds at FT.

Can't really point to anything he's doing wrong TBH. Just needs time and the team needs to get better at supplying him.

He's not doing anything particularly well either though

This, it's not even imposing himself on games.

Some of his one-touch stuff, again, was great in the first half. Such a shame we don't have a good crosser in the squad that can beat a man and then play in a good ball or two per game. He's obviously not the best finisher, at the moment, and he shouldn't be let off the hook for some frankly awful misses that a professional footballer shouldn't be making, but we'll need to play to his strengths if we're going to see him improve. Really hope Thauvin can break into the team soon or we sign a proper winger. Hopefully Aarons can stay fit for a week and manages to get a look in.

Thought he had an excellent game. His hold up play and bringing others into the game was lovely at times.

Cocked up when given the chance to run at the defence but was a bit unfortunate Perez's knock down was just behind him. He's getting better with each game he plays.
