You're an idiot.

Anyone who rates Dummett is clearly an idiot.

Like the bloke in your avatar you mean?

We both know that if the time comes that the forum starts rating him at the level that you do, you'll do a complete heel turn on him and insist that he's a terrible coward.

Ironically he was probably more useful to us in the premier because he can defend reasonably well. In the championship though you need full backs who can get at the opposition so we can show them their place.

I don't even rate him that highly. Good defender and a good lad, but a poor footballer. Definitely the type you want at the club, though.

Wilshere looks off to Roma now.

Roma look loaded with midfielders, he'll do nothing there

Other than get smashed in some of Rome`s top titybars on a not infrequent basis, punctuated by the odd midfield dribble

Wilshere has gone up in my estimation. On paper Palace would be the better choice, bigger club, in London and an established premier league club, You would think Palace would offer higher wages too. The only reason I can think he would choose palace over Bournemouth is that he rates Bournemouth's chances with Eddie Howe over Palace's chances with Pardew. Good choice.

probably chose it purely on football reasons with a view to returning to arsenal, even the usual proper football men would probably acknowledge that bournemouth play the better football between the two teams

Yes, he's got new players in who will probably play well until he Pardews them and gets them down to his normal level.

Naturally the media will claim he's personally turned it all around, when in reality he's just not had time to turn the new players to shit. Once he works his normal magic on them, they'll be straight back to spelling out new Welsh towns in the form tables. Then he'll try to cling on, get more players in the next transfer window and repeat the cycle again.

It's the same shit all the time with him. It's absolutely astonishing that he's yet to be found out on a wider level but every club he's been at for any period of time can tell the same story.

Former Arsenal and England midfielder Stuart Robson goes way back in his criticism of Pardew. Maybe he had a word. The culture around Arsenal is to over-rate and over-protect their players from criticism, and probably Wenger too, so Wilshere will have a lot of people looking out for him.
