I'd fully expect to be booted all over if I said 'gegenpressing' to anyone in the flesh.

I love you Hans.

Does anyone remember the dude who posted a pic of a petri dish full of spunk (possibly his own?) Was it when Sissoko signed? Think he may of got an instant ban?

I'm fucking crying. Fuck me.

Rafa's words today on Sissoko are fucking awesome. I love this bloke more everyday.

"If someone thinks if they will wait until 31 August it will be easier, I can guarantee them it will be more difficult," Benitez told BBC Newcastle.

"If someone wants to come, they have to come now with the right offer and we will analyse that. If not, he is still our player and he carries on working hard.

"Everyday will be more difficult because we are happy with him and we don't have to sell."

"Put up, or shut up" basically. Pardew would have told people to bid in the region of 20p and we'd throw Lascelles in as extra.

Goodness me, what a fucking man. I think I recall John Carver telling the press where he thinks Janmaat would fit into LVG's Man U side with a huge smile on his face. Everyone's already mentioned the kind of exit quotes Pardew prepared for players even remotely linked with a move away.

Rafa Benitez is a "tactical genius" who will lead Newcastle back into the Premier League, according to former Liverpool defender John Arne Riise.

Riise won the Champions League, Super Cup and the FA Cup under Benitez at Liverpool during four of his seven years on Merseyside under the current Newcastle manager.

Newcastle are set to face Huddersfield on Saturday afternoon in their second Sky Bet Championship match of the season and Benitez's will be looking for a response from his side after the surprise 1-0 loss to Fulham at Craven Cottage.

However, the flame-haired Norwegian says the former Real Madrid and Inter Milan boss is the best manager he has ever played under and will be able to cope with the challenges of the Championship.

"I'm sure he will get them back up even though they lost against Fulham which I wasn't unhappy about because I used to play for the club," Riise told Sky Sports.

"It's a very competitive league and I think it's different to what Benitez has experienced before in terms of the way games are played.

"Benitez will need to adapt a little bit but he is brilliant and he will do that. Benitez is so hard-working, he's a tactical genius.

"I still keep in touch with Rafa and I really wish him well. He's the best manager I've had and somebody I shared so much with together."

I look around at all the top managers and I think there isn't a manager I would want more. The only guy who gets it like him would be Klopp, and I'm a fan of Jose but still I just don't think there is a manager out there right now who I would want over Rafa. He really is a dream appointment for us.

Speaking of that, who is his assistant now? Is it the bloke who came in afterwards, that Mikel Antia? I always thought he was just a coach.

Is not that other Spanish one who came at the same time as Rafa? I want to say Moreno?
