Norwich City vs Newcastle United - Saturday 2nd April 2016 @ 15:00 (No TV)

Recommended Posts

Seems like Janmaats injury could be worse than we thought, going off Blinds comments today.

What did he say?

That Janmatt was upset about having to withdraw as he wanted to be there with the team to put himself in the shop window, etc.

Way he was talking, it sounds like its more a injury rather then just a pre-caution.

You'd hope players who want away (Janmaat, Sissoko, etc) would be busting a gut for the rest of the season to try to impress potential new employers.

That would be the intelligent thing to do.....

In fairness to Sissoko he can't be accused of not trying since Rafa became manager, Janmaat maybe especially as he's come out with these quotes now.

The quotes aren't directly from Janmaat tbf

Very unlikely we will get anything here imo, maybe a draw. First goal is key. If we concede it, I think we will lose by 2 or 3. Score first (feels like so long ago that happened) and the game will be interesting.

Just don't feel we have the bottle.

He is trying but just has the control of an ex sunderland player in a crèche

He has been utter turd lately

Since Benitez came in we've managed not to fall apart after conceding a goal.  Stayed in the game right till the end against Leicester, against Sunderland we equalised and looked like the team most likely to win it.  Obviously I hope we go ahead, but if we do go behind then I'm confident we won't fall to pieces.

4-4-2 Anita at RB and Mbemba at LB.  Mbemba is at least a natural defender and I think he's got the pace and nous to fill in there.

Elliot

Anita

Lascelles

Taylor

Mbemba

Townsend

Tiote

Shelvey

Sissoko

Cisse

Mitrovic
