Newcastle United transfer rumours in the press

Looks like Atsu might be the last piece of the jigsaw. Apparently he wants a permanent deal and it's delaying the signing.

Thats fair enough from his point of view. He's been out on loan to a few clubs and won't play for Chelsea, it's understandable that he wants more security about his future.

Forestieri, Knockaert, Brady & Nahki Wells, Get some bids in for these guys. Money talks

Hence why they are all wanting to keep them as the rewards for promotion are far greater. More chance of getting one of them in January if they are miles off the pace.

A good offer for these boys would get their chairman thinking. Should make a loan offer for Rashford as Jose doesn't tend to play the youngsters.

With about 14 other Premier League teams who would happily take him.

I don't see why signing a striker proven in this league is such a bad idea. Aye it won't be glamorous but he'll be in rotation with Mitrovic anyway.

It isn't a bad idea. Only upsets the heedthabaals who fail to understand a raft of football manager signings aren't possible in the real world.

Mate, I've agreed with you twice in the last few weeks. Things are looking up.

Depends on your definition of "proven" I suppose. He's nearly 34 and has had one good season at this level in his career (which wasn't last season).
