If we didn't already know that about Ritchie and Diame anyway.  I think Hayden is going to prove to be the gem of the signings so far. He's young, obviously has bags of talent and is getting invaluable experience that will help him step up to the PL. In a few years I can see him being the lynchpin of our side. Will certainly be interesting if nothing else.  Do we not?  I don't think we can say for certain how good Gayle, Hayden, Hanley, Clark, Sels, Lazaar or Yedlin will be over the season. Promising starts for Gayle and Hayden and hopefully for Gayle not playing for Pardew may see him, improve and Rafa find a system for him. I haven't seen anywhere near enough of Hanley, Clark, Sels, Lazaar or Yedlin to form an opinion and Rafa may see something raw with them that he can coach and improve.
