If we are in or just above the relegation zone he will have money to try and retain our place in the EPL. Spend it all in the summer and if we still struggle, it could leave us heading back to the championship. Keep some money back for emergency buys in January. The legacy of Mike Ashley. Charnley will have insisted that dead wood be cleared, which Rafa is obviously going along with. Expect 2 or 3 players to leave before someone new arrives.
