As suggested I think he should say he was referring to the crowd and wonders who the FA think he could be referring to and why?

He should then double down and agree they might have a point about the officiating (assuming the FA refer to this) but he was on about the crowd.

He’s been a good player for us even though he’s not a gifted footballer. Always gave a lot for 80 minutes, with his customary ten minutes lying on the grass. He’s also very supportive of the club, will remember him fondly

Where's that come from? Not that I'm surprised like.

Not the most technically gifted player in the world but always grafted and fully 'got' the club. Big part of the side that won promotion and kept us up. Will have nowt but good memories of him.

Yeah expected, a good servant to the club and will remember him fondly just because he was signed by Rafa and played pretty consistently in his team. He’d do well at a top end championship club I think, with a view of getting back in the prem and showing again that he can cut it in this league.

He's posted something previously. I'm sure he's suggested he's got a link to a player at the club (not Krafth!)

I think he did the job required of him, contributing to promotion and being a good enough player for PL consolidation. Personally think he's a good defensive midfielder and he usually played well enough when called upon. Feels like he should have left when he indicated he wanted to move back down south, but even this season he scored a crucial goal and played well when called upon.

Right decision considering our midfield options now and that we're improving, but I hold him in high regard and wish him the best.

Bit harsh like. [emoji38]

Nah, he has been nothing but a nothing player for us even when he had good spells he still looked like a bang average Championship level type of player, no redeeming footballing attributes whatsoever other than his character which can’t be questioned, he’s a good lad, but that’s about it. Hopefully he will find a decent club and have a decent career, he’ll likely, however, spend more time on the injured list…

He falls into the same bracket as Ritchie, Clark, Gayle etc. for me: signed to get us promoted and to keep us up. He did that but now he's been here 2-3 seasons too many. He's put a shift in a centre mid, centre back and right back. May not be the most gifted but we've definitely spent more on other players who have contributed far less than Hayden. Chipped in with the odd goal, too. Good luck to him.

Can’t disagree with that to be fair, I just find him strictly as a footballer, a nothing player, he’s done well to get to where he has and we’ve done awful to still have the likes of him and the others you’ve mentioned on our books, that’s Ashley for you though! Those days are now thankfully over and so is the likes of players like Hayden at our club. His best spell was with Diame in midfield for me.
