DJ_NUFC
We can always try him at DM. No loves a bit of CB at DM action.
Toon No9
We can always try him at DM. No loves a bit of CB at DM action. Or play him alongside Lascelles and Clark in a 3-5-2 system.
joeyt
Has Lejeune played as a DM before? If he has we have 3 central defenders who have played as a DM at some point in their career now
nufcjb
he must be really hating Harry Kane right now.
madras
I've a feeling he may come in for Clarke at the weekend.

Guest
Literally put one foot wrong all game. Sending out the wrong message to drop him for that man he was very good penalty aside.
Yorkie
He'll be reet. Went in too quickly when we got stretched on the counter; made worse by the fact that the danger had competely gone. Wish we'd buy Long and stick him in the reserves.
mozy
He was only being rotated in for Clark to rest anyway, and what you've said up there is what people used to say to defend Bramble.
Infinitely Content
One mistake doesn't and shouldn't define an otherwise very good player. He's at worst as good as any other defender we have.
TBG
Worse than Boumsong. Get rid.
joeyt
Clark gave away a pel in one of his first games. Thought he was excellent except for the penalty but think he'll be back on the bench against Palace. Think he looks a bit like Alderweireld

Bramble had a history of it though and did it throughout his career. There's no indication that's a feature of Lejeune's game.

The College Dropout
The tackle was so bad it was a little surreal.

Think he looks a bit like Alderweireld I think I likened him to a poor man's Jerome Boateng in pre season. I like this one too.

Don't disagree at all but you cant say Lejeune had a great game bar that mistake. He fucked up, simple.
Disco
He should be mercilessly abused and pelted with stale baguettes if he even dares to think about taking part next week.
Decky
Some mental comments in here. He was good all game bar one mistake. Which one of our defenders hasn't given away a goal with some daft challenge?
The College Dropout
With our lads doing so much defending we'll see more silly mistakes. Won't forget Clark made a shocking mistake in the last game. But can't see Lejeune keeping his place for the next game.
toontownman
Reminds of one of clarks first games when he gave away a crazy penalty. Had a great game otherwise and like the look of him.

Andy
He played well today tbf. The challenge for the penalty was dim as fuck, but one that all defenders will make at some point in their career; too eager to impress having being left out of the last few games, perhaps, tries to nip in and gets done by Long who has no intention of doing anything other than kicking the ball as far away as possible. Frustrating, but meh, just has to learn from it.
