Swansea City vs. Newcastle United - 10/09/17 @ 4pm (Sky Sports)

Recommended Posts

What's the likelihood of getting an unwanted ticket to this? Will be in the area that weekend. Perhaps best to throw a post up in the tickets forum?

They're on general sale from the box office, we haven't sold out.

Got 1 sorted now, hopefully it'll arrive in time (if not, I'm assuming the receipt etc for it would suffice? Or they'd send one via email to print?)

Can't say I'm looking forward to this one like, but still

I'd rather play our better fullback out of position. Manquillo was ok against West Ham right back and I'm not sure if trust him left back. Rafa might go with this :

Elliot

Manquillo/Yedlin

Lejuene

Lascelles

Clark

Merino

Hayden

Richie

Perez

Atsu

Joselu

Who is their main right winger? That will have a say on who he chooses.

Assuming Mbemba is not fit but everyone else is, team I would go with:

Woodman

Yedlin

Lejeune

Clark

Manquillo

Ritchie

Hayden

Shelvey

Merino

Aarons

Gayle

Team Rafa will probably go with:

Elliot

Manquillo

Lascelles

LeJeuene

Clark

Ritchie

Hayden

Shelvey

Atsu

Perez

Joseulu

Why would you not stick Clark at LB out of curiosity? I think he's great there.

He's probably our best LB option, I just think he's a top quality CB and I value his presence there than at LB where I think you can get away with players of a little less quality.

This game has a sensible 1-1 written all over it.

Both goals from dodgy set pieces.

Not a bad shout. A fair bit of set pieces is coaching, not just delivery and finish, so they may still be good at them without Sigurdsson and Llorente.

Will whoever we play at LB be up against Routledge? I seem to remember him scoring against us before.
