Was nice to see us piling forward at the end. Murphy is a boy playing in a team of men, and Gayle might be finished at this level; really disappointing what's happened to him - clearly has some fundamental medical issue. Won't get anything like the £15m Fulham were prepared to pay. Thought Yedlin was decent, that rash challenge aside - Shelvey and Merino will make it work. Really annoying because Lejeune was solid aside from his daft lapse. I thought we were the better team overall and our quality on the ball was more noteworthy than their quantity. Can't grumble too much considering our record down there and that we'd have probably have all taken a draw beforehand, the perspective here is that we've come away with a point and are a bit disappointed, that's probably a good sign that we're doing alright. Blobby frightened the pants off me everytime they got the ball in an attacking area, it's closing in on our number one priority now for an upgrade in January.
