£2m

Sure RTG was wanting around £10m for him and thought it would be a knocking bet.

Asoro?

If Asoro is off for £2m, we should bid £3m. Bags of potential and a snip at that price.

We could even offer to send him back on loan for a season for the bantz. That would cause riots among their fanbase ??

Or keep him, and bring him on as an 89th minute sub for our U23s in the Checkatrade Trophy.

That new kit looks like one they've had already (I know theres not much can be done with stripes), but I bet they've just found a load of unsold strips in the backroom of the club shop, and dusted them off.

Bet they did their usual "£15! There's your starting price" patter as well.

That Donald tweet is something else like.

Can't believe he's engaging with fans like this

Considering he's played a handful of games, has 1 year left and is in League One (HA!), £2m is ok. It's all about the sell-on percentage for Asoro.

Discussing transfer business on Twitter man and tweeting his apologies

Notice how he brings up 'base price'.  He's put that out there so his supporters say there must be a 'hefty sell-on clause' to deflect some bad feeling.

Isn't the Don supposed to take the stance of "The fee is 10 million or he stays. We don't need to sell anyone. We have a budget which would be the envy of Championship clubs" rather than bend over in desperation and take peanuts for one of their best prospects ?

These chancers are peddling one thing but delivering something very different in reality.

It's not as if Asoro will be on decent money either, so his mantra of 'players can see out their contracts rather than us letting them go cheap' is falling apart here.

We should have been in for Asoro at that price. Thought he was decent when I saw him

The Don wouldn't have sold to us, he loves a publicity stunt. It would've been too perfect for him.

Just been looking at their squad, khazri, ndong, djilibodji, kone all still there?

Has to be killing them.

Cattermole, Oviedo.

See Charlie Methven was talking about us again last night on a podcast and how we only got 10K fans at a game against Oxford in 1991.  Course they're lapping up that low-hanging fruit.
