can see where conjo is coming from 100% personally, it's not unprecedented for clubs to ask fans for help in times of trouble it's usually more they ask for straight up financial help than something like this

if it was another club i'd probably think fair play but it's these dafts cunts so it's hilarious

Agree. Loads of Non League and lower league clubs ask their fans to help with this us such as ground maintenance which is what Sunderland are and have done. It's quite funny because it shows what they've now turned into but the principle of it is fine.

That's hilarious. Jack Ross bringing cups to the SOS already, fairground teacups. some fans say following their club is a bit of a roller coaster ride but this lot have been on the ghost train for years. A very dark place.

Carlisle, Morecambe, Sunderland, Invited club.

There’s no way they’ll allow our Under 21s in that group surely?

Ivan Toney on loan would be hilarious.

I've mixed feelings. Do I like the thought of us being able to say that they needed a Mag to save them if he did well? Or would it be even better to just tell them to get fucked if they come calling?

"Southampton U21s will be prevented from being drawn with Portsmouth, and Newcastle United U21s will avoid Sunderland in Round One, as the EFL has committed to work in conjunction with the police to avoid high-profile clashes in the Group Stages."

Wounded.........

The reality is that they have saved the mags U21's from a proper battering. They are never any good at that level. Its us who should be bothered as it could have been a lot of fun.

The whole reason this fixture was even a possibility was because of their demise.
