James Posted May 27, 2019 Share Posted May 27, 2019 I hope it does work out but remember what others have said, was asked to pay Liverpool a £25m deposit then couldn’t find the money I think the problem was that he couldn't raise the £2billion, and therefore didn't want to squander his deposit. I'm no businessman, but I'm sure that raise £350m is a different challenge from raising £2bn, which is far more than anyone has paid for a an English club before. We're going to become a tool to propagate international acceptance of an utterly reprehensible regime, with a beyond deplorable human rights record. Obviously I want us to succeed, but at what cost... I can't stop supporting my club, but we're going to be jumping from an awful human being who uses us to advertise his awful company, to an awful human being who may use us to advertise his awful country.
