This can't be right - everyone knows that Bruce is a great manager and does a really good job.

Fucking useless cunt - how does he ever get a job with this record??

You’d have thought maybe the Villa job (failure to get promoted and then leaving a good team mid-table) would have meant he’d stay a mid-table Championship manager. The fact he went to Sheff Wed suggests that’s where he’d still be if Ashley hadn’t stepped in.

Sorry to post this blady f***ing c*** of a bloke in here but this really is an unbelievable tweet from a professional journalist for a national newspaper. Outright winding fans up of the club he's supposed to report on.

He's an absolute disgrace.

Why would he do this? Surely it just ramps up the animosity towards his great mate even more?

Think he needs a lesson on how things trend on twitter too. No hashtag?

Was the same with Kinnear, Pardew and McClaren - we were the only PL club that would have gone near any of them.

You can extend that list to Keegan and Shearer as well tbh; neither of them were anywhere near a Premier League job. There's even an argument for Hughton as well. Letting Hughton continue was just as big a gamble as it was giving John Carver the controls; arguably an even riskier one given we were well clear of the relegation zone when they gave Carver the job. Thankfully Hughton turned out to be exactly what we needed, but that was just lucky.

So everyone except Rafa, basically. The managerial appointment have just been horrendous, despite us 'only' getting relegated twice.

‘ Newcastle may not be picking up points the pretty way, but equally they are going about their business and doing what they need to do.’

Staggering.

If we weren’t attacking, just playing defensively (and doing that well) and nicking points on the counter, that’s where that statement would be correct. That doesn’t apply to us one bit.
