If it was that easy, you wouldn't need managers. Rafa knows how to put together effective teams, you need a particular type of player for each role in his sides. I have no idea how Bruce sets his teams out, but I suppose the idea is that if you have a squad with a few good players in it, you should be able to shoehorn a decent team from it.

Would much rather we paid over the odds and took risks on higher rated prospects like this tbh, rather than try to find Perez type miracles on a regular basis. Just doubt very much whether this Nixon guy knows more about football players than Rafa Benitez.
