Allan Saint-Maximin (now playing for Fenerbahce, on loan from Al-Ahli)

Got his son in an Arsenal kit on his instagram story today  :)

Tbf, Arsenal were the club where French players made their name in England, wouldn't be surprised at all if Max was a fan himself before he came here.

Remember when it was stated he was trouble and had a bad attitude? Maybe that's what a personality equals in football these days.

Easily my favourite player. Whatever happens next, I hope he's on the journey with us.

I get the impression he's not as zany as people like to imagine he is. Whenever I've seen him interviewed he seems pretty normal. The whackiest thing he's done is swear on the radio.

Love him. Always been surprised how good his English is, given his age and never played in the UK prior to us.

Not sure how it applies in France, but in Spain the amount of people who speak in english in younger groups has grown very rapidly over the last decade.

Yeah it's probably different today. Also, If I remember correctly ASM aint from a poor background either and had a decent education. Think his parents (or one of them) has Caribbean background too. His mom is a teacher and and dad works at some college/university I remember him saying from some interview.

One of the most engaging players on social media around. Genuinely seems to enjoy interacting with the fans and his work on the pitch has been the difference this year. Whatever goes on with the squad should the takeover happen then this boy needs to stay.

Apparently he’s late to training on occasion which maybe Bruce is willing to overlook somewhat given how important to the team he is.

No chance Rafa will stand for it.

I'm pretty sure ASM has said his mother is an English teacher in France

Pretty sure lots of people learn English by watching American/British TV/movies and listening to the music. It is a more effective way than reading text books since it's basically how we learn our native language - Hearing and repeating.

When I was younger I watched lots of Scandinavian and German videos and never picked up a word .

Not sure porn is the best content to learn a language from.
