Magpie
Looked such an innocuous challenge aswell, shame.
Kanj
Gutted for him. I’m sure he would have joined officially over the summer and it would have been a welcome addition to the squad. Seemingly was happy living in the city and playing his best stuff in some time.
toon25
Absolutely fucking gutted. Was our only attacking threat in many a game gone by. Always an outlet. Fucking hell.

TRon
Stands to reason. He's looked our best footballer by a distance.
huss9
gutted for him, but every cloud..... he may get a proper club once he's fixed.
Happinesstan
Not in the least bit surprised that he's injured. Bruce has been too reliant on him. Same as ASM. And Almiron, but he seems to be unbreakable [we shall see, of course...]. He pulled up late in a game not so long back, and that should have been a sign he needed a rest, but no. I mean let's be honest, without him and ASM we had nowt going forward.

Guest chopey
If the purpose of the loan was to find out if we liked him and he liked us, he's obviously good enough, so sign him up.
AyeDubbleYoo
If I had feelings it would be a shame.
LoveItIfWeBeatU
If the purpose of the loan was to find out if we liked him and he liked us, he's obviously good enough, so sign him up. Not many clubs would sign a player with a serious injury until they knew he'd fully recovered.

joeyt
Think we also signed Dan Gosling when he was crocked for ages. If there's profit to potentially be made we'll jump at it

loki679
Hope we still sign him, he's looked very good for us this season, easily the best left back we've had in ages.
Newcastle Fan
He's the best left-back we had in a really long while, looks quality and i hope we get him back.
