No it's not, it depends on the situation involving what cover there is, if a GK handles it and a defender is on the cover, it's a yellow. We have a much better and balanced team than Fulham and should have comfortably finished above them. Even though I think he’s crap and he’s just relegated Fulham - I’d still take Parker over Bruce.
