With the introduction of VAR it feels like every goal is reviewed trying to find a reason to disallow it.

 

You shouldn’t need any lines. If he looks onside with the naked eye, it should be onside.

Yeah, I’d show the VAR referee one replay and one still image, without any lines. If it’s close it goes in favour of the attacker.

Needs to be more like how the NFL does replays; you go with the call on the field and the replay footage has to be clear and unquestionable to overturn the call. So pretty much whatever the call was on the field takes precedent and has to be proven wrong.

Also like the NFL, they should clearly announce what’s happening. It’s mad when the fans don’t even know what’s going on.
