Every day that passes I get more and more annoyed that this cunt isn’t gone yet.

We need change, and it needs to come fast. Right now we’re on a fast track to relegation, we won’t win another match with Bruce in charge, we don’t have time to fuck around. This indecisiveness and/or time biding is costing us crucial points, and that will include any points from Saturday if he’s still there.

I genuinely don't mind what they said tbh. The 'deserves better' patter, meh, water off a duck's arse. The owners missed a gaping open goal but not jettisoning Bruce and they are continuing to miss it now. Put Jones in caretaker charge until we can get someone in, it's utterly hindering the club.

I wonder if any of them could explain what's happened to Bruce that is out of the ordinary. As I recall it was Everton fans that were threatening Rafa and his family with a bedsheet, but that was only in the news the day it happened. Bruce has had a handful of games with people chanting for him to go, which happens at every club when the manager is doing shit. For most of his tenure he hasn't even had to deal with fans in the ground.

Lots of chat about whether he deserves a pay off or not from his mates, which is odd given all managers get one when sacked. Which makes me wonder whether behind the scenes they are trying to work out a way not to pay him? Clutching at straws i know, but him staying makes me more miserable and driven to insanity by the second.

Steve Bruce ended the whirlwind week of Newcastle’s takeover with a trip to the West End to watch The Tina Turner Musical. Witnesses said the Toon boss was out of his seat dancing to the songs of Tina — and with the prospect of an £8m pay-off, who could blame him?

Fuck off Steve will you, you're really killing the vibe.

And if Alex Bruce is reading, tell your dad to fuck off for me please.

Incase this had any bearing on your deleted tweet Alex, here it is bumped.

Tell your dad to roll under the turnstiles again and fuck off.

Problem is, unless Bruce’s record becomes significantly weaker the Rafa comparisons are ineffective. It’s all fair enough saying look at what he did with a lack of funds, had a vision, engaged with the fans and the city etc. However, it takes too much analysis for the average ignorant fan/pundit to realise that. Or they are just suffering from major confirmation bias post-takeover as we’re all awful people all of a sudden.

Unless we have a new manager lined up, sacking Bruce isn't likely to change the results. Jones or any caretaker won't be able to turn this lot around in the space of a few weeks, most of them look like they need a full pre-season's training.

Not sure this is true at all. I think the last few games have been a clear indication that Bruce has lost the dressing room.

A dressing room he’s never really had a grip out. Countless reports of in-house fighting and moles.

He’s also clearly going to get sacked. How much effort will he be putting in now? He’ll be an even less of a motivational guru than he already is.

Sacking Bruce would bring an immediate lift and would give us more chance of winning games rather than if he was here. If Jones can’t produce anything, fine. We’ll be bringing someone else in anyway.

But we wouldn’t be any worse off than keeping Bruce.
