You can blatantly tell now that the players have given up, as you could after that game. There’s not even a shroud of doubt anymore. There’s no hope. Rushed back as he's one of the three attackers we can't possibly win a game without, so I assume there must have been a very deliberate plan to get the ball to him as high up the pitch as possible? Because this isn't a normal football club. Other fans get to discuss the footballing events of their clubs, discuss player development etc. We are left to discuss arbitration with the league, failed takeovers, mind numbingly dense decisions by our club.
