We also need to hope Hull and Boro get fuck all. Hull's remaining five fixtures include matches against Villa, Liverpool and Man U. Boro still have to play Arsenal and Man U too. The "Shearer Effect" just isn't happening, mostly because he's making the mistake of sticking with most of the players who've let us down all season, notably Butt, Duff & Owen. They have Liverpool and Villa next, if they come out of that with no points and we win our home game against Pompey we'll be one point behind them with a much easier run in then there's. He then buys dog shit players and is sacked before Christmas as we fight relegation AGAIN. I wouldnt say its beyond Hull to get 4 more points this season. You have to wonder what other teams make of us, I would say alot of them are confident we are down.
