Yorkie
I won't even be in the city whilst it's happening. In fact, I'll be getting on a train away from the city a few minutes before kick-off. That's what my support has become. But fuck it, me and my Dad are watching Interstellar on Blu-Ray cos we're both off on Monday, and I need to get that train so I can get the last Sunday bus from York. Fuck NUFC, the cunts. Fuck the lot of them. If you go down, fucking rights, you don't deserve anything else.
Dave
I'm at a wedding when the game is on.

Decky
Started a new job this week away from my home town and had the misfortune to watch this with lads I don't know too well. I wasn't ashamed when they mentioned the relegation battle, I was hurt. I've been the kind of fella that said fuck the regime, they deserve it and all the rest but make no mistake. Come 5pm on Sunday I'm gonna be devastated. I literally just can't help it. I cried last time for about a good few minutes, it'll happen again. Not because we're down, but because this is us, this is the great club I knew years ago, it's fucking shameful.
nufcjb
Every club who had to do their 'job' in one way or another have done it. We are the only club that I have no confidence in when it comes to getting the job done. Expect players squaring up to one another, fans running on to the pitch, season tickets to be thrown onto the ground, and one or two fans trying to get past the stewards to get to the coaching bench come 4.45 pm Sunday. Judgement Day is here and we will be executed at the end of it. NEWCASTLE UNITED - REST IN PIECES
newsted
You can still get 5/1 on us going down after the result tonight. Seems awfully large tbh. The fat fuck is a big-time gambler. He rolled the dice - if it comes up, he wins. If not, what the fuck, it doesn't matter. That is how much he cares. He's raking it in anyway. We are worthless nothings in his egotistical world. JFC, how did it come to this? We're not even an afterthought any more. Not even a thought, probably. He's destroyed us.
Varadi
You can still get 5/1 on us going down after the result tonight. Seems awfully large tbh. It's basically the odds on Hull beating Man Utd, seems about right.
Paully
You get better odds doing it this way! http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/05/20/608458ab8a18927e4e0d58d04d0efb65.jpg
Guest
Was just about to post this! Slightly better odds if you do that as a double.
Spider Jerusalem
So another result that 'shouldn't have happened' last night. Can't see anything but a Hull victory on Sunday.
midstoon
Just put £20 at 6.2 at betfair for a £104 profit. Too good to miss at those odds

Guest
That Cisse goal in the last few minutes v Hull might turn out to be the one key moment in the end.
Deckard 13
Cannot abide the idea that we should be punished as fans because of someone else's mistakes. I think a lot of people expect us to go down, get sold and then come back up. I fear we'll go down and the cycle will start again. We should be removing him through demonstration and abstinence from the club, not hoping we cut our own throats because it might hurt Ashley a little bit. A rich man being slightly less rich at the expense of the club and the hope that it would be enough to drive him out is not a gamble I'd be willing to take. We'd be a harder sell as a Championship club as well. Not that I have another bright ideas to remove him mind.

bowlingcrofty
That Cisse goal in the last few minutes v Hull might turn out to be the one key moment in the end. There's hundreds of potential 'key moments', such as the last minute goals conceded vs sunderland, stoke, burnley, Man U and Palace at home, which cost us a mere 8 points. Last season was awful as soon as it became obvious we had no plans to challenge for Europe or the cups. More of the same next year? Nope. Not for me. I want change. Any change. Deckard 13
I don't want more of the same but I also don't want to see the club relegated in the hope that it will solve all our problems. What if it doesn't? What if he still doesn't sell and we've got the exact same problems in the Championship. If they won't change their plans for premier league riches why will the management change in a lower division? Pardew almost relegated us twice and he was bulletproof so I'm not convinced that if we went down ashley would just leave. he hasn't shown anything thus far to suggest he's desperate to protect his investment so how afraid of the championship can he be? Might think we will bounce straight back again and the cycle can start anew.
The Bard of Byker
I had a dream last night that we escaped relegation. We were playing Stockport or someone instead of WHU, though. We were 0-1 down at HT, and Hull were 1-0 up. Carver was running around the Gallowgate concourse at HT shouting 'It's gonna be horrible, get ready for what's about to happen!' When I woke up, we were winning 4-2, and the Hull game was 1-1. I assume the scores stayed that way. Let's all hope this is exactly what happens on Sunday. Jill
It just seems like we're destined to go down. Everything is aligning to make it happen. I was gutted last time but if it does happen again it'll probably raise a partridgeshrug at the most.

I was gutted last time but if it does happen again it'll probably raise a partridgeshrug at the most. That's it. We can pin our hopes on logic, or take a look at what's actually happening. Everyone else is getting weird results, it's just so inevitably going to end with a Hull win.

There's hundreds of potential 'key moments', such as the last minute goals conceded vs sunderland, stoke, burnley, Man U and Palace at home, which cost us a mere 8 points. That one though could have been the difference between us sacking Pardew then and either replacing him properly () and being nowhere near where we are, or Carver being appointed sooner, not having that jammy month where we won 4-5 in a row, and being relegated since February. As well as the 3 point swing.
DJ_NUFC
But if you have the hierarchy believe their own words, there was never even the notion of ever sacking Pardew. The man was as protected as the Pope.
