Got to get Kane off, maybe one of the holding players as well.

Put Sterling as false 9 and bring Grealish on.

Think England played relatively well but they need to make more chances.

About as predictable as you'd expect. Back three have been excellent.

Sterling and Saka have done alright but it all falls down cos we decided to bring Emile Heskey back into the squad.

To be fair to Kane, he needs a partner. So disappointed in our performance, but to be expected when we play with ten fucking defenders, Gareth grow a pair FFS!

Have they?  The Germans have cut through them when they've had the ball in our half.

There's been a couple of through balls which we dealt with and all three of them have been good on the ball.

Walker and Rice are not attempting any positive passes.

This is NUFC on an international level. Relying on defending and the occasional individual moment.  Completely unable to pass the ball through the opposition.

How many times have we fed the ball through to a player in between their midfield and defence? Zero, I reckon.

I'd get Saka over at LWB for Shaw and Sancho on the right.

Rashford isn't really an out and out striker but he's got to offer more with his pace and running in the channels than Kane is.

Didn't know he wasn't even on the bench, incredible

 Yep. When you took a squad of 23, you could have everyone not in the XI on the bench. They've allowed a squad of 26, but it's still a matchday squad of 23. Sancho didn't make the bench against Croatia.

This is what I'm seeing too. Making it so easy for Germany to get back in position and close up all the space. Would hate to be a striker or attacking midfielder playing in this England team. There is a complete separation between the front three and the remaining 7 players.

Havertz and Mueller on the other hand have got regularly delivery into those half spaces and have caused some problems. Werner for example should have scored from that through ball from Havertz high up the pitch.

Can't deny that we're still far too slow going forward. We're depending entirely on either Sterling or Saka coming deep and trying to force something, but that's impossible when the centre-forward can't break out of a jog and can't control the football. Them coming deep means there's nowt ahead of them.
