Quite liked the idea of Woolsington Hall but that site probably has a more barriers both in planning and ownership terms. The Parklands land is already in Reuben's sphere of influence IIRC.

Or here..... Also I was 58 1/2 old before I realised most of Northumberland Colf Course was inside the racecourse ?

An excellent location, and importantly (to me) it is in Newcastle, whereas the current place is just outside the City Boundary in the Metropolitan Borough of North Tyneside.

I'm sure they'd integrate the golf course into it somehow? Or at least 9 holes of it? Like Leicester has.
