I do, but I'm also quite sure Eddie does as well. I just don't know what else should be done without Miley or Tino and with Hall really needing a rest.

I do think Eddie is stubborn with his guys to a fault and that is evident in his squad building and how he makes substitutions. We should have recalled Targett or found another fullback option in January.

Personally I'm mostly angry about not getting some FB cover in the window.

Guess he is between a rock and a hard place now.

Burn was struggling? Apart from the first 5-10 mins when he got caught out once or twice, I thought he was excellent.

Well said!

My post was when the line ups were announced to be fair. It's just been quoted again at full time.

I'm not having a pop at you at all Deck  solely those having a little whine after the game

Much, much better tonight. Needed a reaction after Saturday and he got it.

I don’t think we could’ve asked for better opponents tonight and they were utterly hopeless. However, you have to beat what is in front of you and that is exactly what we did.

The movement was visibly better today and phases of play coming together.

Great moment for him at full time. Hope this is a ‘Brentford moment’ after Brentford again.

Think the predicament Spurs are in shows what a top manager he is. This could have easily been us 2 seasons ago in the league with the players out, yet he got us to fecking 7th. Honestly think that achievement is on par with finishing 4th & 5th.

Said it in the match thread and the Gordon one. He might have a bit of a formula to work with here. Fast and fluid front three. Runners either side of Bruno. Back to our basics and what we are good at with pressing and getting numbers forward. We look better with so much pace and mobility. Along with players that aren’t giving it away every 5 seconds.

I get we can’t play like that all the while. We’re not going to play teams as bad as Spurs every week  plus it will be interesting to see how we can rotate with that setup?

Osula for Gordon at this rate….. Murphy for Elanga/Barnes. Willock could also push up into the left wing role, too. Midfield we have a few options. Or at least we did!

Hall and Tino back in and it’s a team with boundless energy everywhere.

Willock and Ramsey against a team with quick transitions through midfield is always going to be difficult though, unless they improve defensively.

I mean great to get a win but last league win for spurs was back in September. We need to accept this for what it is, build on it and be brave enough to drop players and give likes of Ramsay and Willock more time whilst their playing well.

I'll be honest I just asked Gemini lol when the last time they won a league game was, my old flat mates a spurs fan and I'm winding him up about them going down. Checking again that was wrong but their last win was like 9 games ago and they've not won in 2026 it seems, they genuinely could go down.
