If you want him that much, that's not a massive fee to get in front of other suitors. He's shown some signs of promise, albeit not lately. Low risk, medium reward on Everton's part. How could we possibly ask for £8m if he costs nothing in the summer? As I’ve said, it’s not like he’s an up and coming Premier standard player.
