If the only deal we can get done this month so far is paying over the odds for Chris Wood, theres not a hope in hell we're sealing a deal on a player that has to cancel a loan. Would be a cracking player to sign, but not for £40M. Especially considering the peanut fees Chelsea have let some of their academy players go for recently - Livramento, Lamptey, that Palace CB.
