I mean ... this just isn't true though is it. He's not some ground breaking passer of the ball, but he is solid enough distributing the ball, and is comfortable on the ball too. At a push, Miley (if wanted to blood him around experienced players). Don't think anyone would have put money on Dan Burn - but he has genuinely been solid so it's well deserved. Makes me think Tuchel could be very refreshing, as a foreigner he's less naturally biased and exposed to the Southern media nonsense as much as an Englishman. Plus Tuchel has always thought highly of Newcastle as a club, even contemplating coming here before McClaren I believe? Or post Rafa, I forget which.
