He's pretty much already said as much. An additional issue for him is he's spent the last year bulking up to physically focus on playing centre back, but is now needing to play in one of the most agile positions on the pitch.

Should play LCB only and even there I’d have him as second choice behind Botman. 
 

That said, if Hall isn’t fit we don’t have anyone else and I still prefer Tino just focusing on getting better at RB.

We actually were winning a lot but a lot of the balls in were pretty terrible.

Lost Barry for the disallowed goal and there was that one dodgy clearance which he recovered well but was superb, they played the ball down the left early in the first half a few times and he covered that so well either by seeing it out of play or blocking the cross

 

We need a left back in January so he isn't forced to play at left back again

If he just shares LCB duties with Botman, and we get a decent LB in, we have knocking on for the best defensive rotation in the league.

In my mind one of my personal objectives for this season is for Dan Burn to lift the World Cup - so for this to happens he needs to start  as many games as possible.

 

Botman at this stage is a valued squad player with youth on his side but if he doesn’t like that he should leave so we can reinvest the funds.

I thought the 2 yellows equaling a red cancelled just the second one out.  But I've just looked and seems like it is both.  As Burn is only showing as 3 yellow cards in the league.  

 

Burn and Joelinton have 2 yellows in the CL.  So both one off a ban, aye.

He's in the side because he's supposedly good at stopping that sort of thing. Both goals actually. We were told now he's no longer LB he'd be good again. Think he should be doing a helluva lot better for both goals. Schar & Thiaw from now until Botman's back. Can't be fucked with not playing our best players anymore when they're available (rotation granted)..

He's been so, so good this season at CB but this was a bad night for him. The first goal was uncharacteristically weak defending.
