The world is divided into two groups - there are those who like the Beatles, and those who are sadly missing out. Hey Jude might have been a decent track but, much like Amarillo, been done to death. Tedious. Just watched the Man City highlights. What a game. To think I watched the 1st half of the League1 classico then took the dog out only to come back and find wor lass had commandeered the snide and was watching some design show with Alan Carr in it. Tedious
samptime29
4-2 it's game over IMO. But that last goal was vital and Real definitely still in it. I can certainly see them going through. On the plus side for City that only need a draw and I fancy them to score away.
Conjo
I'm tired of listening to fans singing Hey Jude after every fucking match these days, but the alternatives to easy songs everyone can sing along to isn't great so when thinking about it, it may not be so bad after all? We could be looking at a scenario where we're having life is life on repeat.

HaydnNUFC
BT Sport's coverage of CL gets rancid with it's English team love in. You'd think the opposition were just minnows the way they go on, whether it's Villarreal, Bayern, Ludogorets or Real Madrid.

andyc35i
It’s fascinating to see the different tactical approaches taken by both managers of the two Spanish sides going to two best teams in the world right now. Madrid just went punch for punch with City, whereas Villarreal (I know they aren’t the same calibre as Madrid) have just come and stuck everyone behind the ball. Both completely different approaches look as though they will have worked after the first leg

They wanted a bonanza and got one. villareal are playing extremely hard working football. Tremendously well organised. Wish they were more direct on the counter. KaKa
Incredibly impressive from Villareal and Emery. The fact the new owners at Newcastle ended up with Emery and Howe at the final stage of their review process for a new manager, is really promising for their approach to things going forward.
