Joelinton and Willock were leggy by the end and it showed. So, so poor for the goal, we opened up to allow them to score the only way they could. They were fucking shit, it was mainly a game of fuck all quality, second balls and zero attacking edge. Agree we missed Shelvey a little. Thought our wingers and Wood were all utter shit today. This game will have shown their players the effort they need to put in to win and I think it'll be a turn in their performances this. Gut wrenching that it had to be against us, 11v10 just the icing on the cake. I was happy with the fight we showed in the first half. Not so much in the second. Everton wanted it more than us today. Fair play to Everton for making it a war of attrition and taking the chance when it came their way, can't stand Lampard and most of their fans are terrible but they did what they had to, still hope they get relegated obviously.
