Fair play to them. Got the luck and took their chances.

Fair play to them, absolutely no one gave them a chance and they made it. Roll on the derbies, they'll make for two much better weekends than playing Sheffield United twice.

Fuck that, would much prefer a mundane 1-0 win over Sheffield United than playing these wankers, even us beating them means nothing anymore with where they are. It's just an unnecessary risk.

Well done do them. 👍 showed a bit of guts towards the end to turn it around.

Going to need huge investment this summer to have a chance at staying up.

They were literally handed it on a plate. They won't get those favours next season.

Same as the semi-final first leg... winner came from a dodgy back pass. :banghead:

Could help them this, O'Nien is shite

About to be shown up for what he is, just a clogger who goes around trying to snap players.

It will be a bit like Southampton last season, once they realised that the didn’t have the quality to keep up with others, they just went out to try and snap everyone.

They're big enough and have a transfer set up to establish themselves the way Brighton and Brentford have. Think people being convinced they'll go down are being hopeful. Obviously it will be odds on but it's not impossible they can stay up, particularly if they can attract some new investment.

Jobo & Riggo probs just added an extra £30M onto their price tags which will thankfully for the mackems put most suiters off and be the reason they're still at Sunderland next season.
