haha, I see Roker Makem is piping up again "You've got to admit that a newly promoted side beating a club who represent a murderous state would be a victory for football?"  From the same guy who in other threads is slinging racist abuse at players, and none white people living in Sunderland. :/

No, he's right. A victory for the fans who had to be asked to stop singing racist songs about their own player would truly be a triumph of good over evil.

And for the fans who killed a Leeds Utd supporter this season.

Need no excuses at all, if both teams play to their potential there is only one winner and it isn't your lot. I'm enjoying your lot having a multi-thread meltdown, in the event of you getting some bookings on Saturday. How's the flags going anyway? Still crying your eyes about it :bluestar:

Great ignoring people you have no interest in what they have say. The fact that I'm continuously in their heads that they have to continue to quote me (I'm putting money on its super grass dcmk), just shows how sad they are :bluestar:

I’ve been dreading the game at their place since the full time whistle of the play-off final.

The following day before our match, I was arguing with mates who said the ‘six easy points’ patter which has very rarely happened. I met up with the same mates after our match and asked them about the ‘six easy points’ as we had just lost to a depleted Everton team who had nothing to play for and we needed to win to guarantee CL football (thanks again, Villa!).

I’ve got good mates who go home and away and it sounds like they’ve made some very good signings. The few occasions I’ve seen them, they’ve looked decent and a very physical unit who never stop running.

On paper, we have a far superior XI but football isn’t played on paper and it’ll be rocking there next Sunday so we need the whole team to turn up and do their jobs likewise us in the away end.

How people wanted them to come up as they miss the Derbies is beyond me as I bastard hate them! Flying to Oz the next day for a month might be a blessing (although the cricket isn’t going well to say the least!)!

Anyway, into the red and white shit-houses!

Kind of where I am, they are a bunch of athletes / runners with varying amounts of technical ability (Mostly poor) Howe needs to be on point for this game which im 100% sure he will be knowing what these games mean to us all, fairly confident we will have the tools to dissemble this mob, were on a different trajectory clearly, however this game is a one off as usual, confident we have enough to do these

Say hi to Brucey for us all too x

It'll end 9 v 10. At least we have local boys who can make the other players understand how much this means to the fans. It won't mean much in the grand scheme of things but it'll make Christmas even better for me if we beat the cunts.

Got to make sure we're at them and pressing them from the off. If we take the lead we can't then sit back like we have been doing recently. Keep them on the back foot and their crowd will start getting onto the players back as they usually do. Sitting back will only encourage their crowd. Arsenal spent 45 minutes getting embroiled in the mackems game plan, before sorting it out at half time.

As long as we go there understanding they are flying high because they are a well drilled unit, then I think we get a result. All this talk about them being lucky or in a false position won't do us any favours at all. They might not have our finesse, but they are athletic and will battle for every minute. We will need to match that across the pitch, then take our chances when they come.

Their lack of quality means Le Bris has them constantly fouling, niggly stuff, and cheating at every available moment.

It's working for now as the PL refs haven't cottoned on yet.

Like their gruesome game stats versus points on board it's unsustainable long term, but for now they just seem to be rolling along :)

They’re definitely a physical team who will press at certain times and our keeper situation worries me with balls in the box.

Not buying they don’t have a bit quality as well, think with Xhaka and Le Fee they have the ability to unlock a defence.

Saying all that we are the better team by far and if we approach the game correctly we’ll get a result.

Sadiki and Xhaka both a yellow away from suspension and they play Man City next, strong chance at least one might miss the derby.

Be hilarious if we end up playing against a midfield of ZiDan Neyull and Chris Rigg after all the billy big time chat - no idea who their other options are or would be, does/can Enzoah ley Fey play in the middle?

Have they had to turn off new members over on Ready to Groom?

You would have thought there would have been plenty of fans in peace wanting to wish them all the best for next weekend cause they absolutely despise the mags and love Sunderland.
