Still not worthy of a thread

Utterly ridiculous. If he doesn't eat a pie, he's still "influencing" the market, just in favour of the bookies rather than the punters.

It should be the bookies that are told they can't pull ridiculous stunts like this with these bullshit markets rather than this silly fat pudding being raked over the coals.

Agree with that last paragraph.

Bookmakers are utter scum

FA have actually cancelled sponsorship with a number of them, it's a start but much more to be done.  They need heavily regulating imo.

CL 3rd Playoff draw

The artist formerly known as Steaua (ROU) v Viktoria Plzeň (CZE)

Nice (FRA) v Ajax (NED)

Dynamo Kyiv (UKR) v Young Boys (SUI)

AEK Athens (GRE) v CSKA Moskva (RUS)

Club Brugge (BEL) v İstanbul Başakşehir (TUR)

Champions route

Slavia Praha (CZE) v BATE Borisov (BLR)/Alashkert (ARM)

Spartaks Jūrmala (LVA)/Astana (KAZ) v IFK Mariehamn (FIN)/Legia Warszawa (POL)

Zrinjski (BIH)/Maribor (SVN) v FH Hafnarfjördur (ISL)/Víkingur (FRO)

Žilina (SVK)/København (DEN) v Malmö (SWE)/Vardar (MKD)

Linfield (NIR)/Celtic (SCO) v Dundalk (IRL)/Rosenborg (NOR)

Ajax v Nice is a bit of a bastard. Would have liked them both in the CL.

Newton said the burglary was a culmination of his 40th birthday celebrations, which had gone on for over a year.

He had earlier thrown two bricks at a stranger’s Porsche but they had ‘just bounced off.’

i'm going to want the name of his solicitor like, just in case
