Football here is fucked, the quality is awful, it’s corrupt as fuck, I’m friends with a couple of people who play in the Albanian Superliga who are earning sod all (I earn more as a teacher) but their clubs will still go months without paying them, knowing that because they’re thousands of miles from home, they have to accept it, meanwhile clubs like Skenderbeu and Kukës are being bankrolled by some very very dodgy money.
